What to email us about

Use the same email address (contact@gsphorizon.com) for every purpose below. If it helps us find your message faster, put a short tag at the start of the subject line.

• “Waitlist” — anything about the Element 1 launch waitlist, including unsubscribes.
• “Order” — questions about a specific order, cancellations, tracking, or delivery issues (once we begin shipping).
• “Return” — damaged, defective, or wrong item claims (please attach photos and your order number).
• “Grievance” — formal complaints under the DPDP Act, 2023 or the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. These are routed directly to our Grievance Officer.
• “Partnership” — retail, distribution, athlete, creator, or brand collaboration proposals.
• “Press” — media enquiries, interview requests, or press-kit access.
• “Careers” — if you’d like to work with us. Please attach a CV or portfolio.

The Grievance Officer will acknowledge every properly-directed grievance within seven (7) working days and respond substantively within thirty (30) days.
